Announcements:

Pres. John        Please collect cash from the polio cans; give $ to Henry. 

                         District Conference is this weekend in Rockport, ME.

                         Next board meeting is Jun 9th at 5 PM @ Mariner.

                         We still need sponsors for 4th of July.  Deadline is June

                            5th.  Solicit for raffle prizes as well.  17 businesses need to

                            be called; these were read off and assigned.

                         Awards night is next Tuesday at 6:30 at Three Chimneys Inn;

                            only 14 are signed up to-date.

Amos               The roadside pickup started in NH with our club; originator 

                            was Alan Prince.

Program:

Joe Murdoch, Classification Talk

Joe grew up in Cleveland, attended Case Western. Taught at UNH EE Department.  Got MS at UNH, PhD at Case Western. Was Chair of EE Dept and president of Rotary. Married to Ann with three sons, and two daughters. Relative of L. Frank Baum of the Oz book fame.

 

Megabucks:

Pete had the ticket but couldn't find the king of hearts.  $162 pot rolls over.
