Program:

Pres Richard and Chip N,  Social Networking Media

Social networking is changing the way people and businesses comunicate with each other.  It's allowed Pres Richard to re-connect with people from the long past.  It's a good way to meet new people and new ideas.  One can post videos and text.

A short video illustrated the rapid growth of social networking worldwide.

Social networking has changed the way businesses deal with customer relations.  Businesses should check themselves out online for critiques.

When joining a social network, one should have a clear objective.  There are many networks, so choose one or more that meet your objective.

Mashable.com should be checked out for definitions and descriptions of various networks.

It was recommended that one sets up a separate email account for your "networks".

Pres. Richard will email the members with Chip's suggestions on getting started.

Megabucks:

Bill D's ticket was chosen for 3rd time in 18 years...and he drew the right card worth $98.

Upcoming Programs:

Dec 30     Allison Neal, Tutor Doctor (ed. we're at the Three Chimneys Inn)

Jan 6       Bruce MacIntyre, The Financial World in 2010
