Pres. Tom: There will be a graveyard cleanup at Doe Farm on Apr 26th ... Our Changeover Dinner will be on Thur, Jun 27th at 6 PM.  There will be no meeting on Jun 26th ... The concession fundraisers have brought in $4,000 this year.
 
David: Ameriprise is the latest, and now lead, sponsor to sign on in support of Marina's Miles.  Three shifts on Apr 6th are open for signup.
 
Ric: We have secured 8 slots for the NHPTV Spring Auction.  Our date is May 3rd.  We'll start with a training session at 5 PM and be working the phones from 6 to 9 PM.  Dinner will be provided.  The signup "sheet" is up on Google.docs.  Please sign up before Apr 3rd.
 
Will: The Durham Transfer Station swap shop is in need of renovation.  This would be a summer project.  Like the Sweet Trail bridge project, materials will be provided ... The plan for the July 4th Celebration is basically the same.  UNH will not be participating in the food service this year.
 
Bill D: Rte 4 roadside cleanup.  He's looking for a date in early May when we normally get out there.
 
Phil: Our Little Free Library project is gathering steam.  Invites have gone out to all members who have joined in the last two years.  All those interested should get back to him by the end of the March so an organizational meeting can be set up.
 
John: We have $4K in the Operational, and $9K in the Charitable accounts.  Bingo has brought in $15K to date.
 
Sarah: On May 2nd, there will be a mixer from 5 to 7 PM in the Victory Lounge (stadium).  The Durham Business Assn and many other groups will be there.  Park in A Lot.
