Discuss Riverwoods Event

Looks like we got some interest for probably few new members.  Was well attended for 1st event. The Cost was perfect. 

 

Discussed Sponsoring Bingo Night Dinner for Bingo Players and workers.  More info to come.  Use the Bingo as a time to give out the "Checks".  

 

Public Image Committee - Audra, Tolu, Alexx and Will

    Working on April Social Event

    Thoughts on invitees,  Pantries Managers, town        mangers, Chamber members,

    Discuss Joint meeting with Chambers 

   Invite School Committee, PTAs, Town Management

    The PR committee is working on creating a "Friends Database"

Discussed doing a Lunch Meeting instead of dinner meeting

Discuss approaching TurboCam to sponsor a lunch at there offices.

Discuss events option LOCATIONS- UNH Presidents house,  TurboCam, etc. 

    

Discuss purchasing A-Frames/Road Side Signs

We discussed Breakfast again.  We discussed trying to reduce waste and maybe just do a Keureg Coffee Maker. 

Barrington PD - Kennel - We voted to give them money and construction assistance.  They are getting close.

Schools and education -  We discussed working on some book projects for kids.

Tom B is working on Farm Day details for this year.
