Rotary Meeting 12/20/23 - 3 Chimney’s

 

General Reminders

Club Dues - Second invoice for $50 went out earlier this month.  Please pay ASAP.

Bingo sign ups - Please don't forget to sign up.  We need members for Dec 28 and Jan dates.

Holiday Hams - John, Ric and Bill made the Saturday deliveries.  Hams to St. Thomas and Gift Cards to Waysmeets.  Steph did the delivery to Lee on Monday and Will did the delivery to Barrington on Monday.  Monday was pouring rain, it went well anyway.  Please make donations to the club if like, we delivered about 250 Hams plus the gift cards.  Total was about $3000.00

Club Social in January How does the January 24 or 25 look for everyone?  Maybe we can do it at Tideline?

Community Connections Event - Tolu booked Marion Noronha from Turbocam as the Featured Speaker.The will be April 20, 2024.  At Powder Major's Farm.

SummerFest Committee met with Durham Rec about merging Durham Day and Summer Fest into a weekend event. The meeting went very well.  More details to follow.
