Have not heard back from the Madbury Rec bridge project yet.

Steve - Red Sox won, beat the Yankees

FFI - asked for help with cutting up the wood - its a lot of wood and a big project for the right person.

Steve - The first night of Bingo went well, free coffee, soda, etc. (make sure to tip your server)  It is a downer for the participants because they can’t bring in food.  A suggestion was made that the casino offer a Bingo room special for food. 

Tolu - Fall social will be Pints for Peace November 8 - Tolu will reach out to other clubs and friends to add to our team.

FFI is working with other Rotary clubs for global grants - they recommend that we join - Tolu will get more information

FFI has a campus in Belize that they operate in the same neighborhood as a local school - it could be an opportunity to participate in a volunteer group to support the school. Tolu will get more information.

Bill - October 24 is World Polio Day - We don't want to forget about supporting this cause. Tolu will forward a request to the grants committee.

Krystina - Best Buddies has reached out regarding the gala and a request to the grants committee. November 1 is the gala - volunteers are needed.
