Lilac Sale -  Reduce the number purchased, Mother’s day weekend? May 14.  We discussed offering Delivery and install - Mother’s day delivery?

Summer Fest - Committee is working on Kids area, Food trucks, UNH, etc.

New Members - Rick is going to arrange Orientations for new members, Donnette, Ian, Scott, Sheryl, George, and Brenda.

Rotary Magazine for Local Library’s - Barrington, Lee, Durham, Madbury, Newmarket.  John is going to arrange for 2023.

Duck Storage - We discussed donating ducks to another group who is still doing races. John and Tom are going to look into it.

We discussed Attendance Requirements - "Guard Rails" - 50% meetings a year, can’t miss more the 4 in a row without communication.  

June Farm Day at UNH- Rotary sponsorship - 4th Grade - Ian has a 4th grader at MastWay.  Will to look at Barrington.  Madbury and Newmarket??

Crutches - Discussed Steph and Tom making a delivery

Boodey Rock - Clean up - new top?

Carriage Hill - Need help with Servers or assisting.  Tom to get more information.  

Dover Bingo asked if one of our members would be willing to "Run the Bingo counter" every Thursday from 330-630pm.  If you are interested contact Tom.
