Alexx presented the Budget for 23-24.  It was sent out to everyone in a separate email.

Jeanne presented the Vision Plan from the Vision committee, it has also been set out in a separate email.

 

District Event June 10, is anyone registered to attend?  Contact President Tom if you are interested.

We discussed the Changeover Event and Citizen of the Year for 2023.  If you have any ideas, contact Alexx on the CE, contact Tom on the COY.

Lilac Sales went very well.  We only pre-sold 26 plants, but in the end we only had 7 Hydr. left over.

Build Party - May 23 - 530pm  - Little Free Libraries and Newmarket Art Boxes.  We will be building at Bill Drapeau's House.

Richard Schieber received a Paul Harris Award, Ann accepted it for him.  

Great Northwoods Rotary is starting up a new club.  We will offer to them the opportunity to work on SummerFest and the club will make a donation to their startup.
