MMEMS founded 1968 - 502c3 Non-Profit

They staff 1 Medic on 24/7 with 2-4 Volunteers.

As a group they use 40K volunteer hours per year.

2023 payment revenues are down, pay rates for Medics are way up. Competition with Hospitals and clinics have driven up costs.

We can help -  Tell Politicians Insurance need to pay more to cover costs.  Help get word out about coverage.

    Balance (lost of), Eyes (uneven, or lost of sight in one side), Face (drooping, or uneven), Arms (weakness on one side), Speech (loss), Time (move quickly to get help)

Heart Attack - Blood flow issue to part of the heart.

    Symtoms - Chest Pain, pressure, tightness, nausea, 

Get on 911 fast, they will help and walk you through what to do. 

 

FFI Clean up - July 25 8am - weeding, move wood, plant garden

Newmarket Back Yard Bash - Phil is managing it.

August 4th - Friday 5-8 - Newmarket Rec Fields

    Story Walk with Lib.

    Club will give a donation to Newmarket Rec

    Sara - will get Icy Pops/ Punch Balloons

    Phil will have kids games.
