April 20th is District Assembly if anyone is interested in attending  (Community Connections is same day)

Community Connections Event (Ric and Chuck)

    We have a band scheduled - Drowned Valley

    ORCR - has sign up page

    ORCR and us have merged

    Light snacks for Food - Hannaford platers

    Passport for non-profits

    We need Poster for Rotary Table

    We need to get the speakers confirmed.

    We need to get the Catering confirmed.

    Danielle is working on Non-Profits. We have 15, now we just have to coordinate with ORCR.               

We need to get advertising started for Volunteers to Attend, I think ORCR has a pretty good list for that. 

RYLA recruiting (Jeannie and Ian)

• Jeannie let me know that they have a potential for 3 applications from ORSD and that they met with Newmarket Interact club last week
• Newmarket interact has a very active club and would be interested in volunteering at summerfest 

Rotaract (Jeannie)

• Jeannie is working with UNH Rotaract and Marion Cheney to get them registered

Summerfest (Will/Tom)

• Committee Update, meeting with Durham Rec

Grants Committee - We will be reviewing scholarship applications soon. Remind members to encourage scholarship applications
