Announcements

Review gifts for holidays.  We gave Turkeys (for Thanksgiving) to St. Thomas Moore food pantry (80).  We gave Hams for Christmas to Lee Church, Barrington Food Pantry, Newmarket Food Pantry and St. Thomas Moore Food Pantry.  We also gave gift cards to Waysmeet.  We did gifts for 6 families in Newmarket and 5 families in Barrington.  We gave a truck load of toys to the Durham Fire Dept. Toy bank.

First 2025 Club Social -  Feb 12, 530pm.  At Riverwoods in Durham.  Invites will go our shortly.

We are inviting Sponsors for SummerFest, Nourish Network director, School Counselors, Rotoract, RYLA, ORCR, Town Managers, speakers from 2024, and groups we made donations to in 2024.

Bingo - $14,997.54 for last 2 months (Nov-Dec 2024)

We need to find more projects for our club.  If you have any ideas, please bring to Alexx.

Audra and the PR committee are working on a Marketing Plan.

We as a club voted to continue Road Side Clean up.

Pease Poles - We votred to get 5.  They are still in the works.

Barrington Dog Kennels - We voted to give BPD $3500.00.  They said we should expect the request in the next month or two. 

Durham Public Library - Expand Nature Based Education build 2 4’x8’ Raised beds.  We voted to help them, purchase materials and install int he spring.
