Club Forum - 

FFI has 2 properties overseas (Belize and Northern Ireland). Rotary members are welcome to visit and volunteer and their expenses will be covered. 

 

We need to review the Vision Plan.  There is a goal of 40 members by the expiration in 2028.  We discussed various recruiting strategies and we will revive the Membership Committee as well as ramp up educational posts on our social media.  We have our next social on May 14 at 6:00pm.  We will have information at our table on Saturday for people to take.

 

The club is 40 years old this year.  We would like to have an event in each of our member towns to celebrate and be visible. One idea is partnering with the libraries.  More to come on this. 

 

We need to develop a succession plan for the health and sustainability of the club.  The current leadership is prepared to stay on for the coming year.

 

Madbury storage unit needs to be cleaned out.  We need storage for about 10 totes. 

 

Update from Rotaract - They have been shopping for the food pantry and have made mugs with candy for Cross Roads House.  They are having some challenges making connections and fundraising.  They will be coming to the event on Saturday and we will assist in them connecting with Waysmeet and Cross Roads House.
